Use your yoga practice to be more awake, grounded, self-aware, and resilient. This workshop is about reconnecting with our own strength and capacity to heal.

There is no magic trick to being a well-grounded and balanced person, but it does take practice! In this workshop, we will discuss some of the qualities of being emotionally intelligent and what it means to live with mindfulness.

This workshop will have an asana practice and meditation.
