Experts call Yoga Nidra the antidote for over-stressed, under-rested people. Yoga Nidra is a multi-stepped guided deep relaxation technique that restores body, mind, and emotional balance. It is effective and simple. A one hour Yoga Nidra session has been equated to about three hours of sleep.
In this 2 hour experiential workshop:
- Learn about Yoga Nidra and how it works
- Do a gentle series of Yoga postures to get in touch with your breath and stretch out the kinks
- Experience the deep relaxation and revitalization of a guided Yoga Nidra practice

Lori has been practicing and teaching a variety of relaxation techniques since 1985. She is the founder of Balance Relaxation Therapy and creator of Take the Journey, an exploration of Yoga and Ayurveda-based self-care practices.
