Yoga Nidra is designed to balance the subtle energies within our bodies, master the art of sleep and experience greater depths of meditation. The phrase Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep.” While it does not involve actually sleeping, the practice emphasizes long periods in Savasana (Corpse Pose).

Yoga Nidra induces complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation and healing of the body by allowing it the rest and recharge it usually lacks in our all to busy lifestyles.
