Workshop led by Erin Bidlake

This special workshop series is comprised of four 90-minute classes held once a week for four weeks.

Over the course of the workshop you will learn yoga poses specifically designed to relieve back pain and promote back health.

Whether you experience occasional or chronic back pain, this workshop will teach you how to stretch and strengthen safely to support your back.

Due to the individualized nature of this workshop, space is limited to 14 students. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

About your teacher Erin:
Chronic pain caused by Lyme disease has been a reality for all of Erin’s adult life. Discovering yoga early on in this journey was a blessing, and in all of her searching for wellness, she has never found a more accessible, adaptable, and consistent way of working with her chronic pain.
