Combine yin with meditation for a practice that calms your soul and strengthens your spirit.
In this workshop, we will focus on creating space and allowing ourselves to be more open and awake to our true being. We will use asana, pranayama, and seated meditation to move toward equanimity and harmony.
Come and enjoy this practice to honour yourself and our connection to nature! We will have a short discussion with more time on yin and meditation. Bring a journal.
