Take some time out for you, and soothe your nerves.

This pop up class starts with a guided mini-meditation.

You will then have the opportunity to unwind the physical body with some deep stretches designed to nurture and support you.

The class will be culminate in a sweet savasana, accompanied by the grounding vibrations of the gong.
