Learn about some of the most commonly used props and explore ways to find better alignment, create strength, find power, encourage flexibility, promote concentration, and how to make each pose more accessible.
We will cover not only how to create more space and support, but can also how to safely access deeper variations, and how to access poses that may have been, up to this point, inaccessible due to a lack of range of motion or fear of injury.
