Yoga is a wonderful tool to support us through the stages of our lives. In pregnancy, yoga can greatly reduce common aches and pains and help you connect on a deeper level within yourself.
In this prenatal series we will move the body to strengthen and release, providing comfort and building confidence for common challenges and changes. Each class will include a chance to share and connect with others and end with deep relaxation.
We will also learn to ways to focus deeply using meditation, reflection and breathing techniques to support the journey of pregnancy and prepare for birth.
Classes are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and all level of yoga practitioners.
