Our Asana practice moves the energy in our bodies. Mudras contain that energy, directing, and strengthening it.

Use mudras on your mat to improve focus, and balance elements and energetics within the body.

This workshop will guide you through a sequence where mudras are blended with asana, while equipping you with the tools to take this into your daily practice and everyday life.
