Pregnancy offers a special opportunity to cultivate a mindfulness practice, and to experience how deep, healing, and transformative this practice can be in the face of all the challenges that arise at this particular stage of your life.
This workshop offers a practical way to be in expanded relationship to yourself, and your own experience. We’ll move through some light asana to prepare the body for our meditation practices which will include mindfulness of breath, mindfulness practices for being with strong sensation, and fear of the unknown, embodiment practices, and will conclude with a special Tratakam meditation to focus the mind and bring calmness and clarity.
