Join us for this two-part workshop with Jessica and Dariya, covering aspects of yogic philosophy, the asana practice, pranayama, and a selection of guided meditations.
Meditate + Manifest is your opportunity to dive into the “why” behind a lot of what we explore at a surface level in yoga classes. Whether you’re playing with meditation for the first time or already maintain a regular practice, this is a chance to learn more about it. The first session is an introduction to the yogic path, and sets you up with the tools you need for a two-week period of self-exploration.
Coming back for the second session, you’ll look at the science behind meditation, and find ways to integrate the lessons learned into your day-to-day life.
This workshop is your chance to begin exploring the deeper aspects of yoga, and to build a foundation that could lead to a lifetime of study.
