Have you ever tried to meditate on your own? Have you ever heard that meditation would be good for you? Would you like to learn? Meditation is possibly the most important thing you can do to improve the overall quality of your life!
If you’re new to meditation or even if you’ve been away from your practice for a while, this workshop will serve as an introduction. Company is stronger than willpower, so come and learn to meditate with a group and then be able to practice on your own!
Please bring a shawl or sweater – no yoga mat required
