Today it is all to common to experience stress from many angles. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed.  Too much stress will wreak havoc on the body, emotions and mind. It doesn’t have to be that way.  Learn practical techniques in meditation, breathing, diet and lifestyle to turn stress around.

Jen is a Yoga Teacher and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She completed her Hatha teacher training at Rama Lotus and has studied Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
