Workshop led by Chantal Riel

Gather your courage and take a leap of faith. Connect with a community of like minded souls as we explore how yoga can help with anxiety and depression. We will craft a toolbox together using the chakras as our map and our breath as our compass to guide us inwards and rediscover our Light.
What you can expect from each 2 hour workshop:
  • 30 minutes of psychoeducation and yoga education
  • 1 hour Hatha yoga practice combined with restorative yoga
  • 15 minutes journaling (self inquiry)
  • 15 minutes sharing circle

Each workshop builds on the previous one, exploring energetics, mind/body connection, pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand gestures), mantras (affirmations), chakras (energetic centres of the body), in combination with Western psychology to build our yoga toolbox.

ALL ARE WELCOME, No yoga experience necessary. Advanced options will be offered for more experienced yogis.
