Dig deeper and gain a better understanding of the practice of Bikram Yoga! You’ll be guided on how to fine tune your Bikram Yoga practice.
Bring your mat and improve your alignment, discover what each posture does for your body, and why we do each posture a specific way.
We’ll break down the specific order of the 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and why one posture is done before the next. In exact detail, we’ll explore each posture one by one, and go into depth about all the health benefits. Also included: a discussion about the Hot Series class, and what similarities and differences it has with Bikram Yoga.
