Vinyasa yoga focuses on using breath to connect to the body, mind and practice. Using an energetic vinyasa flow as a foundation, combined with specifically sequenced set of flowing yoga postures. It has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. Suitable for students who have previous yoga experience, this class is taught in either a heated or regular temperature room to help facilitate the integration of sweat, strength and spirit.

A unique routine of challenging Hatha yoga postures that stretch and tone your whole body. Most of our Power Yoga classes are done in a heated room (approx. temperature is 93 to 105 degrees).  We also offer Power yoga classes that are taught in regular temperature rooms.  The internal heat created the and focus on breathing and alignment will help you rediscover a range of motion that you thought forever lost.

Power Hour

A unique routine of challenging hatha yoga postures that stretch and tone your whole body. The heated room and focus on breathing and alignment will help you rediscover a range of motion that you thought forever lost.

Power Xpress

Class schedule
Wake-up to a strong flow of postures for a full experience before starting your day of work. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced students with previous yoga experience. Please note that this Power class has a duration of 65 minutes.A sticky mat and large towel are required for all classes in the Hot room. Water is highly recommended. Towels can be rented for $2 , sticky mats for $2. Water is available for purchase.
