Please note we have 2 Community Yoga By Donation classes.  On Sunday we collect donations in the form of non-perishable food or cash for the Ottawa Food Bank.

An accessible way to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga while restoring your energy, strength and flexibility. The warm class is a perfect introduction to the Hot Room, similar postures will be explored all done in a moderately heated class.  This class is a great way to get used to the heat before exploring a hot practice, or for those who don’t want to practice in the high heat.  A great class for beginner and intermediate students.

Designed to offer the balancing effects of yin (passive) and yang (active) styles of yoga. This class draws upon the more internal, quiet and longer held postures, balanced with the more active, moving and dynamic or heat producing yoga postures to create a wholistic body experience. Warm Flow focuses on using breath to connect each yoga posture to the body and mind. Using an energetic vinyasa flow as a foundation, combined with specifically sequenced set of flowing yoga postures, this class has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body.The warm class is a perfect introduction to the Hot Room, similar postures will be explored, all done in a moderately heated class.  This class is a great way to get used to the heat before exploring a hot practice, or for those who don’t want to practice in the high heat.  A great class for beginner and intermediate students.
