A classic approach to yoga that emphasizes physical detail and focus. An accessible way to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga while restoring your energy, strength and flexibility. A great class for beginner and intermediate students. Please note we have 2 Community Yoga By Donation classes.  On Sunday we collect donations in the form of non-perishable food or cash for the Ottawa Food Bank.
