Class schedule
Warm Flow focuses on using breath to connect each yoga posture to the body and mind. Using an energetic vinyasa flow as a foundation, combined with specifically sequenced set of flowing yoga postures, this class has the ability to build strength, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body.The warm class is a perfect introduction to the Hot Room, similar postures will be explored, all done in a moderately heated class.  This class is a great way to get used to the heat before exploring a hot practice, or for those who don’t want to practice in the high heat.  A great class for beginner and intermediate students.
