Slow Flow yoga is a mindful practice that encourages slowing down and removing oneself from the hectic pace of daily life. Traditional Hatha postures are intuitively linked together using slow and controlled breath to guide the transitions. Postures are held for 3-5 breaths allowing students to build strength, stamina, and flexibility while moving deeper into one’s self.
