Restorative Yoga is gentle and profound. With the use of props, blankets and more, restorative poses are held for several minutes at a time and have an ability to leave the yogi feeling nourished and well rested as it promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. During this deep relaxation all the organs of the body benefit. Improvement in digestion, insomnia, and muscle tension may also be experienced.This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
