Learn breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind and body, so that we can relax deeply and release stress. The benefits of meditation include increased emotional balance, lowered blood pressure and pain management, rebuilding of the brain’s grey matter, as well, meditation helps rewire your neural pathways.The class will end with a gong sound healing to relax the nervous system and bring you into a deeper state of relaxation.
