Kundalini Yoga (All Levels)
Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a holistic practice that incorporates movement and breath with yoga sets that have specific effects greater than the individual components of the series. Includes mantras and meditation.

Candlelit Gong (Gentle)
The sound of the gong leads the participants into a state of deep relaxation, healing, blissful consciousness and subtle connection of body, mind, and soul.
