Class schedule
A classic approach to yoga that emphasizes physical detail and focus. An accessible way to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga while restoring your energy, strength and flexibility. The warm class is a perfect introduction to the Hot Room, similar postures will be explored all done in a moderately heated class.  This class is a great way to get used to the heat before exploring a hot practice, or for those who don’t want to practice in the high heat.  A great class for beginner and intermediate students.
