Class schedule
A classic approach to yoga that emphasizes physical detail and focus. An accessible way to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga while restoring your energy, strength and flexibility. A great class for beginner and intermediate students.Please note we have 2 Community Yoga By Donation classes.  On Fridays the donations are for the Causeway Work Centre.  On Sundays, you can donate non-perishable food items or money, which will go to the Centretown or the Chinatown Food Banks.
