Class schedule
This Hot Flow yoga class is lit by candles and will help you wind down your day.  While the heated practice opens up the body and increases range of motion, the connection of breath to movement focuses the mind, reduces tension, and relaxes body, mind, and spirit.  Increase strength and flexibility with a slow, mindful, and rejuvenating practice.
Melt into the serene candlelit space and you will leave fully relaxed.
