Power Yoga Classes

Power Yoga

A unique routine of challenging hatha yoga postures that stretch and tone your whole body. The heated room and focus on breathing and alignment will help you rediscover a range of motion that you thought forever lost.

Power X-Press

Wake-up to a strong flow of postures for a full experience before starting your day of work. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced students with previous yoga experience. Please note that this Power class has a duration of 65 minutes.

A sticky mat and large towel are required for all classes in the Hot room.  Water is highly recommended. Towels can be rented for $1.25, sticky mats for $2. Water is available for purchase.

MindBodyWarrior Yoga

The ultimate in strength, flexibility, and mental training combining both ancient and modern tools and techniques to take your practice to the next level.  The class typically starts with a traditional sun salutation warm up, followed by core and body weight training techniques that will challenge all levels, and ends with deep yin yoga poses to stretch everything out. One of the main goals is to teach you how to apply all the same principles from your mat practice into your strength training.  Come learn how to connect the strength in your body and unleash the power of your core.
