Wake-up to a strong flow of postures for a full experience before starting your day of work. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced students with previous yoga experience. Please note that this Power class has a duration of 65 minutes.
A sticky mat and large towel are required for all classes in the Hot room. Water is highly recommended. Towels can be rented for $1.25, sticky mats for $2. Water is available for purchase.

One of the main goals is to teach you how to apply all the same principles from your mat practice into your strength training.
