Yin/Yang Yoga Classes

Designed to offer the balancing effects of yin (passive) and yang (active) styles of yoga.  The first half of each class begins with Sun Salutations and flows through energetic yang-style Hatha standing postures.  Quiet, passive and more contemplative seated Yin postures will follow.  The class concludes with pranayama and relaxation.  See Hatha and Yin descriptions for more detail.
