In prenatal yoga, sets are chosen to enhance your pregnancy experience! All movements are done with safety in mind for you and for baby.
In Kundalini-based Prenatal Yoga, easy flowing postures, breathwork and powerful meditations are combined. In Hatha based Prenatal Yoga, gentle postures and breathing techniques are combined. Both styles are suitable for all stages of pregnancy; We've had mothers trying to conceive join in these classes to be around the energy of mothers and babies, mothers in early stages of labour and everywhere in between.
The Thursday Prenatal class is practiced in the Kundalini tradition, while the weekend Prenatal classes are practiced in the Hatha tradition.
