At Rama Lotus we are striving to offer our clients the best quality and selection of Yoga related products. We have dedicated ourselves to working with smaller scale companies that are environmentally conscientious and mindful of sustainability in their practices. Whenever available we try to bring Canadian products to our Centre. We are always seeking out local and independently run companies.

A corner stone for many, our selection of books is expansive and has many rare and hard to find reads. We have books that cover a variety of yoga styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini Yoga and more. We carry the broadest selection of books in the city relating to Yogic philosophy, spirituality, asanas, anatomy, and overall well-being. We also have a large selection of DVDs that can assist in the development of a home practice or provide insight into specific yoga styles.

Recent additions to our boutique include organic and hand-made soaps, salt scrubs, and muscle relaxing Epsom salts from an independent company out of Montreal – Energibath. We are pleased to offer hand-made beeswax candles from nearby Tweed, Ontario. Tweedle Bee Candles are of superior quality, and help to create a healthier environment by removing toxins from the air while they burn.

For those just beginning their Yoga journeys to those who have a more vigorous practice, we carry a variety of Yoga props created especially to support and maintain the development of a healthy practice. We carry Fitness Flow foam blocks which are firmer and offer greater stability and support than most in the market. Our straps are natural cotton, and our bolsters and meditation cushions are from the dedicated Halfmoon Company, based in British Columbia. They have seamlessly meshed both function and beauty together to create props that can be used both on the mat and in the home.

It's worth stopping in just to check out our clothing, taking advantage of Canadian quality! We carry Tonic wear, from tops and pants to headbands and men's shorts, Tonic has a fit for everybody and every practice. Explore our selection of graphic Ts, printed by hand on natural cotton, with colours and words to inspire. And for those whose Yoga is an extension of cycling, biking, climbing, or running, our clothing will move with you, whether its Prana pants that go from the rocks to the mat, or a Tonic Tank from a morning jog to an evening class.

Last, but certainly not least, we offer a colourful array of Yoga mats to choose from. There are mats that compliment all levels and styles of Yoga, from an introspective Yin practice to a robust power class in the Hot room. Known for by its nickname the "Cadillac of Yoga Mats" is the Manduka Black Mat Pro, a mat ready to take on the world along with your practice. For those on the go with their practice, Manduka has also created the Pro-Lite, a lighter more portable version of the Black Mat, not to mention more colourful! Manduka, in its considerable efforts to help conserve and preserve the environment, has developed the completely biodegradable 100% rubber Eko mat, a great non-slip mat that also provides a little extra cushioning. And for those just looking to grab a top quality basic sticky mat we carry a colourful variety of Fitness Flow mats, with each batch of mats being quality tested to rigorous safety standards ensuring your practice is healthy for your body and the earth.
