At Rama Lotus we are striving to offer our clients the best quality and selection of Yoga related products. We have dedicated ourselves to working with smaller scale companies that are environmentally conscientious and mindful of sustainability in their practices. Whenever available we try to bring Local and Canadian products to our Centre.

A corner stone for many, our selection of books is expansive and has many rare and hard to find reads. We have books that cover a variety of yoga styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini Yoga and more. We carry the broadest selection of books in the city relating to Yogic philosophy, spirituality, asanas, anatomy, and overall well-being. We also have a large selection of DVDs that can assist in the development of a home practice or provide insight into specific yoga styles.

For those just beginning their Yoga journeys to those who have a more vigorous practice, we carry a variety of Yoga props created especially to support and maintain the development of a healthy practice. Our props include but are not limited to yoga mats, we have a variety of blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and meditation cushions. 

It's worth stopping in just to check out our clothing, taking advantage of Canadian quality! We carry Tonic wear, from tops and pants to headbands and men's shorts, Tonic has a fit for everybody and every practice. Explore our selection of graphic Ts, printed by hand on natural cotton, with colours and words to inspire. And for those whose Yoga is an extension of cycling, biking, climbing, or running, our clothing will move with you, whether its Prana pants that go from the rocks to the mat, or a Tonic Tank from a morning jog to an evening class.

The Rama Lotus Yoga Boutique is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 9am-8pm.
