Scientists say it takes 21 days to change a habit. According to yogic science, it takes:

40 days to change a bad habit into a positive one;

90 days confirms the new habit in you;

120 days allows the new habit to become who you are;

1,000 days ensures you have mastered the habit

We challenge you to commit to yourself for 40 consecutive days of yoga starting this October!  Embrace this opportunity to fully develop a new, positive, life-promoting habit or to cease a destructive or negative habit within. Begin a daily commitment to yourself in more ways than one as you strengthen and stimulate your mental, physical and spiritual potential! No time is better than now.

Imagine...In 40 days, you can create a whole new way of being.

'What's in it for me' you ask?

Throughout this personal revolution, you can expect to experience:

  • improved flexibility and strength
  • a less stressful demeanor
  • possible weight loss (if coupled with a healthy diet and healthy living of course)
  • an improved body image
  • an increase in mental clarity and focus
  • improved sleep patterns
  • improved personal eating habit awareness and more!

Maximize your full potential in just over a month! This opportunity will challenge your mind's definition about your physical body and its abilities. Connect with your true self and polish the inner and outer strength & vitality within you.

We're here to support you!

Throughout this journey, consider the following:

  • Your body may not wish to do a vigorous class for 40 days solid. For this reason we invite you to try different styles of yoga from our diverse selection in an effort to tailor the class to the desires of your body and mind at that time. This challenge shouldn't be a chore for you - embrace the joy of yoga in all its shapes and forms!
  • Encourage a friend or family member to be right there alongside you. When the mind is at that pivotal point of depriving you of your practice - a friend is always a great way to keep you coming to your mat.
  • Make the time! Schedule your yoga classes like you would an appointment or meeting if necessary. Remind yourself you're worth it.
  • Journal - reflect on the triumphs and the challenges.
  • Stay connected - let your friends and family know about this challenge so they can support you. As well - you have a full yogic community at hand to share your experiences with!

FAQS:

1. What if I go out of town?

Please bring a receipt from a class attended out of town.

2. Can I take more than one class in a day?

It is best to develop the consistency and commitment of doing one class daily, however if circumstances do not allow, you may certainly do two in one day to count towards your 40 classes.

3. What if I become ill or extreme circumstances hinder me from attending class during this challenge?

If you become contagiously ill, we strongly encourage you not practice in a shared space with other students and common surfaces. If you miss a day – take two on another day. Absolutely no refunds or extensions will be offered for the 40 class challenge package as it is already at a highly reduced rate.
