Join us for a series of meditations through story telling. By delving deeper into the lives of great yogis and nourishing our minds and hearts by hearing their inspiring stories, we gradually begin to internalize their exemplary character. This internalization provides the necessary strength that we all seek to face the daily complexities of life.
We will be exploring the epic story of the Mahabharat which is the backdrop to where the Bhagavad-gita, one of the greatest yoga conversations of all time, was spoken. Delving into the lives and stories of great women and men who faced the same choices and challenges that we do today, this six-part series will invite participants to deeply introspect and provide valuable tools to help live our lives with integrity, grace and courage.
