Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 2009. Over the years, she has worked in many different fields, but has always been drawn back to yoga. In 2015, Jennifer took time off work to focus on her mental well-being, and recognizing the positive effects of yoga on her mind and body, she started volunteering at Rama Lotus Yoga Centre and attending classes regularly. By 2016, she knew the yoga studio was where she belonged, and soon after, she completed her yoga teacher training there. Jennifer is grateful to be able to share her passion for Hatha Yoga with her community and her students. She strives to create a fun and safe practice in a relaxing atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
Jennifer is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200. She is also certified in Standard First Aid, CPR C, and AED.
