Yoga is light, and Erin has been following that light through willful yoga practice and study since 2000. She is a certified hatha yoga teacher and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the RYT 500 hour level. Erin’s yoga studies on and off the mat have included many hatha yoga varieties, ranging from prenatal yoga, to yin yoga, to restorative yoga, and beyond. She has a deep interest in yoga philosophy and has found great personal meaning in ancient yogic texts, such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita. As a yoga teacher, Erin believes she can only teach what she knows. Therefore her teaching is grounded in her own yogic journey, informed by everything she knows about the science of yoga, the human body, and the relentless moment that is now.
