abe-cartlandAbe has always been on the yogic path. In 2007 yoga in the classical sense, suddenly made sense to Abe. Since then he has studied, practiced and lived yoga with dedication and passion. Abe believes that we are in a constant state of becoming, and that we never “get it done”. “Its about the journey.” Abe’s journey has lead him to study and practice with many inspiring teachers. Abe brings a deep understanding of human movement, gained from over 10 yeas as a Personal Trainer and several yoga trainings and marries it with over 30 years of spiritual and energetic practice to create a full, well rounded yoga class. Abe designs classes to inspire each of us to look within while cultivating a strong body, light heart and calm mind.

Diana HeadDiana Buxban’s  teaching is inspired from the fluid, breath-synchronized dance of Ashtanga, drawing strongly from Hatha Yoga precision and integrity, finding serenity in the deep lake of meditative stillness that is Yin Yoga. Infusing asana practice with spiritual depth, her classes aim to inspire, empower, open everyone to the vast landscapes of inner sensations, and the simplicity of honest contemplation of the Self.

Diana’s students appreciate her clear, methodical instructions, as well as her ability to translate complex philosophical, anatomical or esoteric concepts into familiar discourse.

Maria Kurylo is here to hold space for you on your transformational and expansive yogic journey. She will teach you the subtle energetic aspects of the practice including eastern anatomy, meditation and energetic self care as well as foundational spiritual principles to practice on and off the mat. Her intention is to help you liberate your Inner Wisdom-Keeper. She believes that inside of each of us lives a deep knowing of how to live with the earth, her cycles and how to activate the innate wisdom of our bodies. And that within each of us there is a remembrance of our connection to divinity and to the higher frequency of our heart and our soul. She believes that we long to re-establish this connection, to unearth our inner wisdom and what we know to be true, but that we have forgotten how, often leaving us feeling disconnected, dissatisfied, stressed out and dull. When we do not fully embrace the multi-dimensional aspects of our being (physical, energetic and spiritual) we find ourselves questioning ourselves and our intuition and we live in doubt, fear and shame.

Maria will be offering you tools and practices to help you learn how to make positive shifts in your life and practice. She will help you reintegrate with your inner wisdom keeper so that you can live a life with meaning, expansion and deep connection with self and the divine. She is excited to meet you for what will be a sacred journey, a worthy journey and one that will not only stretch you physically, but mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually!

Guest teachers will also be included in the training. These senior teachers will be offering additional experienced instruction for you to learn from and experience.
