Sarah's journey with meditation and pranayama began in 1992; her journey with the Yoga asanas began in 2007. She draws on her background in natural building and permaculture, sustainability capacity-building, leadership and intercultural communication to help make sense of Yoga in a modern context. Central to Sarah's practice is her belief that exceptional capacity to evoke and express the Benevolent Divine resides within each of us.
She is grateful and gives honour for the ongoing inspiration, aid and learning from esteemed teachers within the Hatha, Akhanda and Siddha Yoga lineages, as well as Nature.
